About Me

I am a qualified Holistic Therapist and provide individually tailored therapeutic treatments in the comfort of your own home.

I initially qualified as a Reflexologist in Tokyo, Japan in 1998 and later that year travelled to Thanet where I trained at Thanet College in Broadstairs, Kent in Complimentary Therapies.

I have been practising Massage for sports-related injuries and general relaxation, reflexology, aromatherapy and Indian head massage in Thanet since qualifying and like combining Japanese techniques and knowledge into the therapeutic treatments I offer to boost the overall effect.

I work with people experiencing a diverse range of conditions, and specialise in treatments for pain relating to back pain, sciatica, menopause, MS and arthritis as well as providing therapies for general relaxation and wellbeing.

In 2022, one of my friends in Japan introduced me to CS60, a form of healing massage using a specialist device made from copper and aluminium. CS60 is an established alternative therapy in Japan where it has been used by many practitioners for the past 18 years, but it is less well known in other parts of the world. I was very excited to learn about this treatment and having tried it out for myself, immediately wanted to offer it as a therapy as I could see its potential in helping my clients feel better from its different approach to health and wellbeing. In early 2024, I completed the CS60 training programme in Japan and am now delighted to be the sole practitioner in the UK offering this innovative therapeutic treatment.
